12 years of rigorous pursuits for excellence have now transformed GLA into a technical and managerial excellence sourcing partners from various industries. GLA now boasts of having more than 10 industrial consultancy projects, sourced from Applied Electro Magnetic Pvt. Ltd., Noida, B.K. Consimpex Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi, ACME Technologies, Noida. The university endeavours to undertake Memorandum of Understanding with the premier seats of technical and professional learning and excellence viz. IITs and IIMs for establishing exclusive R&D and IncubationCenters.
Apart from this, GLA also organised a meeting of industrial counsellors at the India Habitat Centre, New Delhi. In the meeting, industrial experts and officials of various renowned companies discussed profoundly the strategies pertaining to future, the effects of current economic crisis and issues related to development programmes. All experts and authorities unanimously appreciated the efforts of GLA for the overall development of the students through various industrial visits, guest lectures, seminars, etc.
Industry Relevant Input Championship Programme has been formulated by GLA for the benefit of faculty-members and students and aims to inculcate both technical and managerial aspect-related inputs which are deemed necessary and relevant to industry. In this regard, Mr. Ashok Mehra, Global Head (Deliver and Change) of TCS acquainted the faculty-members as well as the students about Business Transformation and Change Management.
