The Faculty of Education, GLA University, Mathura organized a Sports day involving mass student participation, which splattered on the field, a riot of hues and vibrancies. There are several sports events in indoor and outdoor category such as high jump, long jump,100 m, 200m, 400m, 4*100m relay, 4*400m relay, Carrom, Chess, Badminton etc.
The Faculty of Education, GLA University, Mathura organizes Yoga Classes regularly by which students brings together physical and mental disciplines to achieve a peaceful body and mind; it helps manage stress and anxiety and keeps you relaxing. It also helps in increasing flexibility, muscle strength and body tone and the art of practicing Yoga helps in controlling an individual's mind, body and soul.
SCOUT & GUIDE CAMP
The Faculty of Education, GLA University, Mathura organizes Five/Three days Scout & Guide camp for B.Ed. students which is the integral part of curriculum of B. Ed. in which instructors trained the students and inculcated the skills of a Scout & Guide in boys & girls respectively.
The Faculty of Education, GLA University, Mathura organizes one day Educational trip for the students to enhance their knowledge by experience of real historical places like Fatehpur Sikri and Gwalior city and also organizes three days educational tours in different places likes Haridwar, Mussoorie, Nainital, Dehradoon etc. Excursions are an important and effective means of motivating students and engaging them in active learning experiences.

The Faculty of Education, GLA University, Mathura organizes Guest Lectures regularly because Guest speakers have become an important part of the educational experience for students. They expose students to real-world life experiences from the position of someone who has been there. A guest speaker offers a new perspective to specific topics and exposes students to teachings drawn from real-life experiences. Students get to link classroom teaching with the guest lecture, which in turn helps them better retain what is taught.
